Residential Garages:

Floor coating materials (up to a maximum of 5000 square feet) are warranted as follows for a period of fifteen (15) years.

1. Against peeling/delamination
2. Against staining from incidental spills of oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline and diesel, that are promptly wiped up (within 20 minutes of a spill)
3. If using a polyaspartic base and top coat, yellowing of the coating will be warrantied

Commercial/Industrial Buildings:

Floor coating materials installed in commercial, industrial, or business-use buildings (up to a maximum of 5000 square feet) are warranted against the following conditions for a period of two (2) years.

1. Against peeling/delamination
2. Against staining from incidental spills of oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline and diesel, that are promptly wiped up (within 20 minutes of a spill)
3. If using a polyaspartic base and top coat, yellowing of the coating will be warrantied

Exterior Surfaces: 

Floor coating materials (up to a maximum of 5000 square feet) are warranted against the following conditions for a period of two (2) years:

1.  Against peeling/delamination
2. Against staining from incidental spills of oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, gasoline, and diesel that are promptly wiped up (within 20 minutes of a spill)
3.  If using a polyaspartic base and top coat yellowing of the coating will be warrantied

Conditions:

1. This warranty does not apply to any damages to the coating by physical abuse from the end user, failure of the structure, vandalism, mechanical impact damage, exposure to heat or flame, exposure to solvents and acids, extreme weather, nails, screws, plant life, animal life, or any other acts of God.
2. This warranty does not apply to extensive damage beyond the scope and protections of the system applied, including impact and abrasion other than that for which the system was designed.
3. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by moisture vapour permeating the concrete slab, or exposure to either battery acid or brake fluid. This warranty does not cover changes or oxidation of the coating as a result of normal weathering or atmosphere conditions.
4. There is no warranty for cracks and crack repair. Areas under this warranty may vary in color and texture from areas originally installed which are not repaired.
5. Coating Titan Inc. will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages of any kind including but not limited to damages to the structure or its contents resulting from defects in a coating system. The obligation assumed under this warranty is expressly limited to providing such materials, as provided herein, required to repair any defects covered under this warranty.
6. The responsibilities under this warranty agreement cease if any alterations, additions, or repairs (excluding emergency repairs) are made except in accordance with specific written instructions from a Coating Titan Authorized Representative.
7. If the purchaser adds “non-slip” to their polyaspartic coating, this does not guarantee the purchaser or the purchaser’s guest will not slip. Any surface under certain conditions can be slippery. While this coating will provide a non-slip skid resistant surface when dry, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the safety of themselves and their guests.
8. This warranty is granted to the original purchaser only and is non transferable to any other party, or whomever purchases the house.
9. Any notice of claimed defect in materials shall be sent in by email to office@coatingtitan.ca Failure to notify Coating Titan Inc. as provided above of any such claimed defects within 30 days of discovery of the claimed defect shall void the warranty claim.
10. Purchaser shall allow a Coating Titan Authorized Representative up to THIRTY (30) DAYS to inspect and provide replacement materials under this warranty. Coating Titan may, at its request, require photographs, invoice copies or other information about the claimed coating failure.
11. This warranty becomes effective only upon payment in full to Coating Titan for all charges relating to this project within 15 days. All warranty is void if the purchaser does not follow these guidelines.

12. This warranty will extend to labour costs for inspection, testing or repair of the garage system or any other labour costs for two year.  After the first year these costs will not be covered.
